TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with lpmalaysia.com.my in the event that you proceed with a purchase. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with a purchase using this site, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

1. All pre order items delivery timeline around 14 working days excluding sat, sun & public holidays, after payment received but still, SUBJECT to logistics handling and also unforeseen circumstances.
2. Refund can be done if the items ordered is out of stock and payment has been made.
3. All sales are final, no refund is allowed after order is placed.
4. All items are solely first come first serve basis. Full payment must be made upon placing order.
5. Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
6. Exchange of defected goods can only be done if buyer reports the issue to sales@lpmalaysia.com.my within 24 hours upon receipt of the items. Any reports after 24 hours will not be entertained.
7. All exchange goods MUST be delivered back to cheek closet within 7 calendar days after issue reported. Failing to do so, lpmalaysia.com.my holds the right not to proceed with exchange or refund.
8. All reasonable efforts to deliver the order will be made by lpmalaysia.com.my. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. lpmalaysia.com.my shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
9. Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of lpmalaysia.com.my and there will be no refunds.
10. For refund issue, kindly allow 2-3 working days to process refund. Receipt will be attached in the email upon refunding.
11. For exchange goods, refund will be done AFTER the goods received safely by lpmalaysia.com.my.
12. Reserved items are considered confirmed orders. Payment must be made within 3 business days after reserving item, or else order will be cancelled.
13. All prices displayed for the products on lpmalaysia.com.my represent the final retail price. No discounts will be given unless otherwise stated or during promotional periods.
14. All prices listed do not include any shipping/freight, tax, insurance or any other charges. We reserve the right to impose an additional fee of shipping cost depending on the quantity purchases.
15. We will confirm your order via email within (1) business day after receiving your order.
16. All products are brand new and we assure you that the quality and condition of the product are properly examined before they leave our store for delivery. We will not be held responsible for any damages or loss to the products during the course of delivery.
17. We reserve the right to add, amend or delete the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review them every time you make a fresh order with us.
